When you request a quote, book a service, or fill out a form (including forms on Facebook or Instagram ads), we collect the information you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, and service preferences. If you book an appointment, we also collect your service address so we can come to you.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, schedule and perform detailing services, send appointment reminders, and occasionally let you know about maintenance offers or specials. We contact you by phone, text, or email using the details you gave us.

What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used only to run our business — scheduling (Acuity Scheduling), payments and customer records (Square), and advertising platforms (Meta) process data on our behalf under their own privacy safeguards.

Opting out

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or just telling us. To have your information deleted, contact us and we’ll take care of it.
